Nominations are now officially open for the 2026 Supercars Media Association Media Awards – recognising the outstanding work produced across the sport from 13 October 2025 through to 11:59:59pm Monday 12 October 2026.

We encourage all journalists, photographers, broadcasters, media managers, podcasters and outlets covering Supercars to submit their best work and be part of this year’s honours.

To enter:

• Select the category you wish to enter by clicking the link on the webpage header.

• Complete the Entrant Details.

• Provide links to your published or broadcast work.

You may enter as many categories as you wish. Entries close at 11:59:59pm Monday 26 October 2026.

Categories for 2026 include:

• Media Outlet / Publication Reporting on Supercars – Recognising the outlet that delivered the strongest, broadest and most impactful coverage of Supercars in 2026.

• Journalist of the Year – Awarded to the most outstanding journalist covering Supercars, showcasing exceptional reporting, features or breaking news.

• Photographer of the Year – Photographers may submit 5–10 images that best represent their 2026 Supercars work.

• Broadcaster of the Year – Honouring excellence in TV, digital (audio/visual) or radio broadcasting.

• Media Manager of the Year – For media managers who delivered exceptional outcomes for teams, categories, events or individuals.

• Best Supercars Story – Print, Electronic, Broadcast or Digital – Recognising the best breaking news, exclusive or standout piece of reporting across any medium.

• Best Supercars Radio Program / Podcast – Awarded to the podcast or program that provided outstanding championship coverage throughout 2026.

• Best Supercars Photo – A single standout image from the 2026 season.

All nominations must include a link to the finished work, its initial brief or concept, and the outcomes achieved.
